If we're honest, the Bible has some weird, scary parts. It's ancient literature that is really hard to understand, especially on our own.
But as followers of Jesus, we want to approach scripture the way we think Jesus would. We want to approach it with the goal of becoming people of love and ultimately better followers of Jesus.
